Limited Product Warranty

Handheld Outfitters warrants to the original purchaser that its leather cases will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of the purchase (all other products, including belt clips, have a 30 day limited warranty). This limited warranty does not cover defects from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations, unauthorized product repairs, and damage while in transit to Handheld Outfitters. Further, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased. Handheld Outfitters reserves the right to repair or replace the product if limited warranty applies. To request warranty service, a customer must return the product, shipping charges prepaid along with a copy of the packing list or original invoice. Please include description of problem.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply return the product UNUSED within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund of the item price. Cases returned with signs of wear and tear will not be credited. To apply for this benefit the product should be in the original condition and packaging with no signs of user wear. The credit will be applied once the unused case has been received and checked. In case the retail packaging is not included, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. If you would like to exchange the original purchase, please place an order for the new item and return the original purchase for a credit. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. International customers only: The 30 day return period may be extended to allow for delays in transit. Please notify us if an additional extension is required.
